Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd, 1981) is a South African actress, model and TV host. Brandt started out her acting in an appearance in New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Then she was offered her first American part on Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia. The actress appeared in several television shows during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Since 2016, Brandt is playing the character as Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in the city of Cape Town in South African. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family in her twenties. The path she took to her career started as model in print as well as commercial advertisements. Her meteoric rise as a model began while she worked in the retail industry and recruitment for information technology. In 2009, she was a part-time actress on a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. Her first appearance was on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She was Naevia as a slave on the series. In addition, she been playing the role of Naevia since the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker co-starred in three television series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 alongside her. The year 2016 saw her was cast playing an enigmatic bounty hunter called Mazikeen on the Netflix series Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is her most famous role that she has played to date. She is co-starring in the show together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
