Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was a student at Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London during the 1970s. She studied the harpsichord as well as the flautist piano for 3 years. The money she earned came from an allowance for students and went on part-time employment to augment her income. While in the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied in her ability compared to her student classmates and was contemplating a different direction she would take. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976, in the group called Dragons Playground. However, she left prior to her group being invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent show New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980 she was lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop group. It was here that she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they created The duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox started working for her debut album as a solo artist Diva which was released in the year 1992. Commercially and critically, it was an enormous success. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in November 2014. The C.D. The C.D. comprises Lennox's favorite blues, jazz, and soul songs of her youth. Also, in May of 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera an album comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. Her first album"Now I'm Letting You Go... was released as the soundtrack to her exhibit of work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on the 25th of December. She is an activist, philanthropist as well as a singer. The Tourists were a new-wave group that had some success in the late 1970s. In the following years, Lennox was joined by her fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox's debut album in 1992 Diva featured a number of hit songs like Why, as well as Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It has covers of some songs, including The No MoreI I Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo albums include six studio albums and compilation albums.
